A new family based bakery, “The Sweet Life” (La Dolce Vita) has opened under new ownership in Maple Shade, NJ.
The baker and proprietor, Kevin Whitbeck graduated from the prestigious Restaurant School in Philadelphia and has 12 years of baking in notable restaurants and bakeries.

His signature cake recipes, cheesecakes and specialty breads are already a hit with the local population. He has a line of miniature cakes and desserts he makes available to the large senior population in town.

Kevin is interested in expanding the business into wedding cakes and dessert trays for parties. La Dolce Vita Bakery has already won the Courier Post “One of the best bakeries in South Jersey”.
