About us:
Kevin is our proprietor and baker with many years of experience from the Mansions, Old Original Bookbinders and Classic Cakes. He is a graduate of the prestigious Restaurant School in Philadelphia. His Mom is frequently in the store and on the weekends you may see his daughters, Laura, Brittany or wife Renee manning the cash register.


Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide the community with delicious fresh baked products from breakfast to late evening parties. We design spectacular cakes for Weddings, Birthday, Sweet Sixteen, Quinceanora and any Special Occasion. We are a family owned bakery who uses fresh ingredients in our products. We do not use mixes with preservatives.
